Betz International exits insolvency with Aventra

The Tübingen court has sold historic German freight forwarder Betz International, which has been in insolvency proceedings since 2 April 2026, to Aventra for an undisclosed sum. Most of the roughly 140 jobs have been saved and service continuity has been secured for customers in the automotive, precision manufacturing and logistics sectors.
